Charlotte Sutherland

Charlotte has been part of the Upper Murray Seeds team for more than eight years, though her involvement in agriculture stretches back a lifetime, having grown up on the family farm where she often drove machinery and checked crops alongside her father. As Business Development Manager, Charlotte specialises in customer service, efficiency, and attention to detail, always ensuring UMS provides a professional and approachable face to clients.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys sport, particularly local netball and rowing, as well as time with her daughter and family.
