With more than 14 years in the seed industry and 25 years across the broader agricultural sector, David brings extensive experience in business development, strategy, team building, and driving sales growth. As General Manager of UMS, he is focused on building strong teams and ensuring UMS continues to grow and deliver value for growers, retailers, and the wider agricultural industry. Above all, David enjoys the people within agriculture and the long-standing relationships the industry fosters.

Away from work, David enjoys travelling, camping, fishing, spending time with family, and restoring classic cars.
